Eyes on the Prize - The Energy of Change Within
Do you feel as if things are chaotic? What was true yesterday, is not true today? That you are not even sure what truth is anymore?
We all are learning to navigate change in a new way. At every turn, it feels like we are having to adjust to changes out of our control and create a new plan.
Essentially, this process means to "do it differently" and still hold the focus of our intention. It is about following the energy of the change without getting bogged down in the "drama." When we engage in the drama, we get hijacked and lose the energy of the original intention.
As we learn to stay in our center, within our boundaries, we can support others without losing ourselves in the process. We are learning to stand in our truth and "keep our eyes on the prize" without trying to control or change another's truth.
So, what is the prize? It is trusting our inner knowing, following the thread of deeper meaning, the energy of change itself. It is within all of us, a truth that is unwavering when we listen to it. We feel it in our gut. It is our internal compass. We can lose sight of it when we think others know more than we do or know what is best for us. We can lose sight of it when we react to their process, trying to control it. Most of us had this faith in ourselves when we were little but were conditioned out of it by parents, caregivers, authority figures, dogma from institutions, and more. Now is the time to remember our sacred knowledge within, our connection to our own divinity.
During this Eclipse portal of November to December and through the Solstice Season, let us re-activate this remembrance within us and find the center of our wheel as we navigate these immense changes on the planet. Let us eclipse the old story of our conditioning to remember the true story: that we have always known how to move through rapid change, take a deep breath and trust our gut as we follow the energy, "keeping our eyes on the prize."
Happy Solstice! Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Kwanzaa! Happy New Year!
